Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing any Over-The-Top (OTT) subscription pack from DSAT Television Networks ("we", "us", "our"). By proceeding with the payment, you ("the user", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Agreement
This agreement governs your purchase and use of a digital subscription pack, which grants you access to view content on the DSAT platform for a specified duration as detailed in the pack description. This is a license to view content, not a sale of the content itself.
2. Payment Processing
All financial transactions are processed through our designated third-party payment gateway, Cashfree Payments India Pvt Ltd. ("Cashfree"). We do not collect or store your sensitive payment information like credit card numbers. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Cashfree when making a payment. DSAT Television Networks is not liable for any issues, errors, or disputes arising from the payment gateway's services.
3. All Sales Are Final: Non-Refundable Policy
By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to our strict no-refund policy.
- All purchases of DSAT OTT packs are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable.
- Once a payment is successfully processed via Cashfree and the subscription is activated, no request for a refund will be entertained for any reason whatsoever.
- This policy applies regardless of whether the subscription has been used or not. Reasons such as (but not limited to) accidental purchase, dissatisfaction with content, change of mind, technical issues on the user's end (e.g., incompatible device, poor internet), or unsubscribed period will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.
- You hereby waive any right you may have to a refund for the purchased subscription pack. It is your responsibility to ensure the pack you are purchasing meets your requirements before completing the transaction.
4. Subscription Activation
Your OTT subscription pack will be activated on your account almost immediately, but please allow up to 15 minutes after a successful payment confirmation from Cashfree. If your pack is not activated after this period, please contact our support team with your transaction details.
5. User Obligations
- You are responsible for providing accurate information, including a valid email address and mobile number, for the subscription.
- You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet the minimum system requirements for streaming our content. We are not responsible for streaming quality issues related to your local network or device capabilities.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
